Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping - All regular priced orders will be shipped in our eco-friendly canvas tote with Catch logo free of charge via USPS Priority unless otherwise selected by the customer. We like to get your items to you as quickly as possible (yes, we’re the impatient types too!) so if orders are placed early enough in the day we will do our best to ship your purchase the same day. Most orders will be sent out the following business day and if it’s even a day longer we will contact you to let you know the reason. Each shipment will include insurance for the full amount of the item(s) included in the order.
Returns - Catch Boutique will be more than happy to provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all regular priced merchandise that has not been discounted in any way. Any discount promotional coupon codes or sale merchandise will only be given a store credit or exchange...customer will NOT be given a refund. We will only provide store credit or exchange for items purchased on sale or at a discounted price provided they are postmarked and returned to Catch Boutique within 14 days from the date the item(s) were originally received by the client. However, any pieces marked 50% off or more are considered clearance items and are FINAL SALE. The items must remain unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with all original tags attached, and free of any and all defects. Items postmarked and returned to Catch Boutique after 14 days but within 30 days from the date originally received by client will qualify for an exchange or shopping credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable (the only exception is if an item arrives defective). If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return and full refund. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. If you would like to make a return please send an email to info@catchboutique.com and we will respond asap with an RA (return authorization) number for you to add to the shipment (please write RA# somewhere on the outside of box). Returns will NOT be accepted without an RA number provided by Catch Boutique.

We must require that all returns and exchanges be sent including insurance and signature delivery confirmation. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this process.
If you wish to receive a refund please let us know when you request the RA#. We will give a full refund as long as the above information is followed and it will be issued immediately once the item(s) has been received by our shipping/receiving department. Due to fraud protection we are only able to credit the same credit card used in the original purchase.
Exchanges – For exchanges all the same applies as far as returning items unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with all original tags attached, and free of any and all defects. And then please follow the same process as above in regards to obtaining an RA# and then we will be more than happy to swap out a size or style for you and give you the free FedEx ground shipping once again.
Items that we are NOT able to issue an exchange or refund for:
- any item already marked as “sale”
- jewelry cannot be returned/exchanged
- lingerie or undergarments
